Wadowicka 3

The Wadowicka 3 is the most modern office development located near Mateczne Roundabout. The complex includes three A-class office buildings, constructed in accordance with the requirements of BREEAM certification. A characteristic feature of the buildings is the broken glass façade entirely made by Buma Factory. As part of the project, the construction of technical infrastructure, sanitary and rain sewage systems, external installations on the plot and an exit from a public road were also completed. The facilities have modern automation and BMS installations as well as HVAC mechanical installations. Particularly noteworthy is the accuracy of joining the external areas with the internal atrium, in the form of the transition of hexagonal paving slabs into ceramic tiles.
