Tertium Business Park

The Tertium Business Park is another modern A-class office complex developed by Buma Contractor. The facilities are erected on the basis of the BREEAM environmental certification guidelines. In addition, the materials used to finish the arrangement of the floors in building A meet the conditions of BREEAM and LEED certification. As the General Contractor of the investment, we have completed a particularly demanding glass facade with a structure made of aluminum profiles. The structure of the buildings is entirely made of reinforced concrete - set on foundation slabs. The office space is planned to be arranged and adapted to the individual requirements of future tenants.
