The facilities were constructed as reinforced concrete slab-column buildings, stiffened with reinforced concrete shafts and installation shafts. The underground storeys were made in waterproof concrete technology. The investment is kept in a minimalist, industrial style. As a General Contractor, we have completed the finishing of common parts - garages, staircases, a main hall and elevator lobbies in the aesthetics of exposed concrete with resin floors. The buildings - like the entire complex - were constructed taking into account the BREEAM certification guidelines.
