The Wielicka Apartments is a project including 121 apartments, 4 commercial premises with external areas and common parts. The buildings have six above-ground storeys and one underground storey - they are a common C-shaped block divided by an expansion joint. The foundation of the reinforced concrete structure was made as an intermediate foundation in the form of foundation piles on which the bottom slab rested. The implementation also included the realization of internal and external installations.
